1. Delivery Area
Bee Grazing LLC currently delivers within Utah, Salt Lake County, and Davis County, and within approximately 30 minutes of Salt Lake City, Utah. Delivery availability is confirmed at the time of booking.
Orders outside our standard delivery zone may be accommodated at an additional fee. Please contact us at beegrazingutah@gmail.com before placing your order to confirm availability and pricing for your location.
2. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and order size and range from $30 to $300 within Utah. Your delivery fee will be confirmed at the time of your quote or at checkout.
Free scheduled delivery is available for orders over $500 within our standard delivery zone.
Delivery fees are subject to change without notice. The fee confirmed at the time of booking will apply to your order.
3. Delivery Hours & Scheduling
3.1 Standard Hours
Our standard delivery hours are 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 7 days a week. Deliveries are scheduled at the time of booking. We will send you a text message with an estimated arrival time when our team is 15–45 minutes away.
3.2 Minimum Notice
All orders require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. For large, custom, or event orders, we recommend booking at least 3 days in advance to ensure your order receives the care and preparation it deserves.
3.3 Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 10:00 AM on the day of service, subject to availability. Same-day orders are not guaranteed and depend on our team’s current schedule and your location within our delivery zone. 4. Free Pick-Up
Free pick-up is available and must be coordinated directly with Bee Grazing LLC prior to your order date. To arrange pick-up, please contact us at beegrazingutah@gmail.com and we will confirm the pick-up time and location with you.
Pick-up without prior coordination cannot be guaranteed. We are unable to accommodate unscheduled or walk-in pick-ups.
5. Venue Access & Setup
The Client is responsible for ensuring Bee Grazing LLC has timely and unobstructed access to the venue at the scheduled delivery and setup time. This includes:
- Providing accurate venue address and access instructions at the time of booking
- Ensuring parking or loading access is available for our team and vehicle
- Notifying Bee Grazing LLC of any building entry requirements, elevator access, or security check-ins in advance
- Having a point of contact available on-site at the time of delivery
Delays caused by restricted access, venue rules, elevator waits, security procedures, or any conditions outside our control may affect presentation quality and setup timing. Bee Grazing LLC is not liable for incomplete setup or reduced presentation quality resulting from access issues within the Client’s or venue’s control.
6. Delivery Delays
Bee Grazing LLC makes every effort to arrive within the scheduled delivery window. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Traffic or road conditions
- Severe weather or natural events
- Accidents or vehicle incidents beyond our control
- Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the Client
If a delay is anticipated, our team will contact you proactively to provide an updated estimated arrival time. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
7. Failed or Incomplete Delivery
If a delivery cannot be completed due to any of the following reasons, a redelivery fee may apply and no refund will be issued for the original delivery attempt:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Client
- Inaccessible delivery location
- Client or designated contact unavailable at the time of delivery
- Venue access denied or restricted upon arrival
Bee Grazing LLC is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to circumstances within the Client’s control. In such cases, the Client will be contacted to arrange a redelivery at an additional fee, or the order will be considered fulfilled with no refund issued.
8. Food Safety Upon Delivery
All Bee Grazing products are made fresh and delivered presentation-ready. Once our team has completed setup and departed the venue, Bee Grazing LLC is not responsible for food quality or safety.
Please observe the following guidelines after delivery:
- Perishable items should not be left unrefrigerated for more than 2 hours
- All items can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 day if not consumed immediately
- If you plan to serve your order the following day, please notify us at the time of booking so we can package crackers and perishables accordingly
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes to your delivery date, time, or address must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance by emailing beegrazingutah@gmail.com. Changes requested with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to availability and may not be accommodated.
