IMPORTANT NOTICE: By booking an event or paying a Retainer Fee, you acknowledge and agree that the 50% Retainer Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances, and that rescheduling is permitted ONLY with 30 or more days’ advance written notice. Please read Sections 4.2 and 5.2–5.3 carefully before completing payment.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing www.beegrazing.com, submitting a quote request, placing an order, making a payment, booking an event, or attending a workshop, you (“Client”) agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use our services or website. By completing payment or clicking “I Agree” on any booking form, you further confirm that you have READ, UNDERSTOOD, and ACCEPTED these terms, including the non-refundable Retainer Fee and rescheduling policy.
Bee Grazing LLC is a Utah-based charcuterie and catering company proudly serving Salt Lake and Davis Counties and surrounding areas of Utah, as well as the entire state of Idaho. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bee Grazing LLC, governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

Gift Cards — available for purchase via Square
Bee Grazing LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or booking at our sole discretion, without liability, including in cases of suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or policy violations.
3. Orders, Bookings & Confirmation
3.1 Minimum Notice Required
All orders require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. For large or custom event orders, we strongly recommend booking at least 3 days in advance. Same-day orders are generally not available. Urgent requests may be submitted via Instagram DM (@beegrazingco); we cannot guarantee availability for requests under 48 hours.
3.2 Booking Confirmation
Submitting a quote request does NOT constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once the required 50% Non-Refundable Retainer Fee has been received by Bee Grazing LLC. We cannot hold dates, guarantee availability, or begin preparation without payment confirmation. Please allow 48–72 hours for order confirmation.
3.3 Accuracy of Information
The Client is responsible for providing accurate event information at the time of booking, including: event date and time, venue address and access instructions, estimated guest count, and dietary restrictions or allergies. Bee Grazing LLC is not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client. Changes to guest count or event details must be communicated at least 72 hours before the event.
3.4 Online Shop Orders
Orders placed through our online store are processed upon full payment. All perishable food items are final sale and non-refundable once the order has been prepared or delivered. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
4. Pricing, Payment & Promotions
4.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. Event pricing is custom and provided via written quote. Online shop pricing is listed per product and subject to change.
4.2 Non-Refundable Retainer Fee (IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY)
A 50% Non-Refundable Retainer Fee of the total quoted order amount is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. This Retainer Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances, including but not limited to: Client-initiated cancellation for any reason (including illness, change of plans, venue issues, or personal emergency), rescheduling requests that do not meet the 30-day notice requirement, and any failure by the Client to complete full payment.
The Retainer Fee is not a deposit held in trust. It is earned by Bee Grazing LLC upon receipt as compensation for: (a) reserving the event date and declining other bookings for that date; (b) beginning event planning, sourcing, and procurement; and (c) administrative costs associated with the booking. The parties agree that the Retainer Fee represents a reasonable and genuine pre-estimate of the losses and costs incurred by Bee Grazing LLC upon booking, and is not a penalty.
The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 2 business days before the event, unless otherwise specified in your written quote. Failure to complete payment on time may result in automatic cancellation of your booking, and the Retainer Fee will not be refunded.
By submitting payment of the Retainer Fee, the Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that this fee is non-refundable under all circumstances as described in this Agreement.
4.3 Payment in Full
Full payment is due as specified in your quote or contract. Failure to complete payment on time may result in automatic cancellation of your booking without a refund of any Retainer Fee paid.
4.4 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a payment, the Client expressly agrees that: (a) all payments made are final and non-disputable to the extent they represent the earned Non-Refundable Retainer Fee; (b) the Client will contact Bee Grazing LLC directly at beegrazingutah@gmail.com and allow at least 14 business days for good-faith resolution before initiating any chargeback, credit card dispute, or bank dispute; and (c) initiating a chargeback for the Non-Refundable Retainer Fee without grounds constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
Bee Grazing LLC reserves the right to dispute any unauthorized chargebacks and to recover all related fees, costs, and losses from the Client, including reasonable attorneys’ fees. Evidence of this Agreement, including the Client’s acknowledgment of the non-refundable nature of the Retainer Fee, will be submitted to the financial institution in any chargeback dispute.
4.5 Promotions
Current promotions include: 20% off when booking two events in the same year within a single booking; free delivery on orders over $500–$550 within our standard delivery zone. Promotions are subject to change and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
5. Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy
5.1 Cancellation Window for Online Shop Orders
To receive a full refund on online shop orders, cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours after the order is placed, provided the order has not yet been prepared. After this window, all payments are non-refundable.
5.2 Event Booking Cancellations
THE 50% NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER FEE IS NOT RETURNED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT FOR ANY REASON. There are no exceptions to this policy. By paying the Retainer Fee, the Client acknowledges this obligation in full.
The Retainer Fee is non-refundable at any time and for any reason. For event cancellations, the following applies to the REMAINING balance (i.e., any amounts paid beyond the Retainer Fee):
More than 14 days before the event: No additional charge beyond the Retainer Fee already paid.
7–14 days before the event: 75% of the total order balance is due.
Less than 7 days before the event: 100% of the total order balance is due.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to beegrazingutah@gmail.com. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. Cancellations are effective only upon written confirmation from Bee Grazing LLC.
5.3 Rescheduling Policy (30-Day Notice Required — No Exceptions)
Rescheduling is available ONLY if the Client provides written notice at least 30 calendar days before the original event date. Rescheduling requests made with fewer than 30 days’ notice will NOT be honored and will be treated as a cancellation subject to the full cancellation policy in Section 5.2.
If the Client provides at least 30 calendar days’ written notice before the event date:
The Retainer Fee will be applied toward the new event date (it is NOT refunded).
Rescheduling is subject to Bee Grazing LLC’s availability; no specific date is guaranteed.
Only one (1) reschedule per booking is permitted at no additional charge. Additional rescheduling requests are at Bee Grazing LLC’s sole discretion and may incur an administrative fee.
The new event date must be within 12 months of the original event date.
To request rescheduling, the Client must send written notice to beegrazingutah@gmail.com at least 30 calendar days before the event. A rescheduling request is not confirmed until Bee Grazing LLC provides written confirmation.
IMPORTANT: Rescheduling requests made with fewer than 30 days’ notice, regardless of the reason (including illness, weather, venue change, or personal emergency), will be treated as a cancellation and the Retainer Fee will be forfeited. The applicable cancellation fees for the remaining balance will also apply per Section 5.2.
5.4 Store Credit
In eligible cases at Bee Grazing LLC’s sole discretion, store credit may be issued in lieu of a refund on the remaining balance only (never on the Retainer Fee). Store credit is non-transferable and must be used within 12 months of issuance.
5.5 No-Show Policy
If the Client fails to be present at the agreed delivery or pick-up time without prior written notice, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.
5.6 Cancellations by Bee Grazing LLC
In the rare event that Bee Grazing LLC must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (emergency, severe weather, illness, or force majeure), the Client will receive: (a) a full refund of any amounts paid BEYOND the Retainer Fee (the Retainer Fee is non-refundable as it represents already-incurred costs), or (b) the option to reschedule at no additional cost. This is the Client’s sole remedy in such situations. Bee Grazing LLC is not liable for any consequential damages or losses arising from such cancellations.
Note: If Bee Grazing LLC cancels due to its own fault (not force majeure), the Client will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the Retainer Fee. This is the Client’s sole remedy.

7.2 Client Responsibility for Allergen Disclosure
By placing an order, the Client accepts full responsibility for disclosing all known allergies and dietary restrictions for all guests who will consume Bee Grazing products. 8.3 Damage, Loss & Replacement
The Client accepts full financial responsibility for any rental items that are lost, stolen, broken, or damaged during the event. In such cases, Bee Grazing LLC will send the Client a payment link for the replacement cost within 5 business days of the event. The Client has 7 business days from receipt of the payment link to complete payment. Failure to pay within this period may result in collections action and recovery of associated collection costs.
